We67k series electro-hydraulic servo numerical control bending machine integrates numerical control technology, servo and hydraulic technology. The slider moves up and down periodically through the action of control valve, and the movement is measured by the grating reading on both sides of the machine. DNC controls the openings of the two valves of the left and right oil cylinders. If necessary, the flow in the oil cylinder can be redistributed by the servo valve to make the slider move in a straight line in the vertical direction. The amount of movement is determined by the newly measured pulse number.

The electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine has high productivity and high working accuracy for bending metal sheet. When bending sheet with different thickness, the "V" groove with different opening size distributed on the lower die should be selected. Generally, the opening size of "V" groove should be greater than 8 If the upper and lower dies of different shapes are used, the workpieces of various shapes can be bent. At the same time, the bending force can be calculated by the bending force table (see machine tool) or bending calculation formula. After one stroke of the slider, the sheet metal can be bent once, and the workpiece with complex shape can be obtained after multiple bends. Technical characteristics

1. Both sides of the main cylinder synchronous use of imported electro-hydraulic servo valve and imported grating ruler to form a closed-loop control, accurate feedback, accurate operation of the slider, so that the bending accuracy, slider repeat positioning accuracy is high. The deviation is less than or equal to 0.05mm.

2. The repeated positioning accuracy of the back stop is ≤ 0.05mm, and the functional parts in the back stop are national or imported parts, which ensures the material blocking accuracy of the machine.

3. The fuselage adopts split steel plate welding structure. After vibration aging treatment, the deformation caused by welding stress and processing stress is removed, which ensures the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.

4. The fuselage, slide block and other important parts are analyzed and manufactured by finite element analysis software, which can ensure the working stability of the machine tool.

5. The hydraulic system adopts the imported integrated control system, reduces the pipeline installation, improves the working stability of the machine tool, and has beautiful and simple appearance.
