How to choose CNC system of CNC bending machine?


With the continuous improvement of industrial automation, more and more manufacturers choose to buy sheet metal equipment with automatic intelligent CNC system, such as CNC bending machine and CNC shearing machine. Different CNC systems are suitable for producing products of different standards, and the price is also very different. Therefore, for manufacturers, choosing the right CNC system can effectively help mass production of products.

Numerical control system can be divided into digital control and computer digital control. In the numerical control system of bending machine, numerical control generally refers to the program that has been programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified by the buyer. CNC means that the buyer can edit and modify the program according to the actual operation requirements before bending. Compared with digital control system, computer digital control system has strong convenience. In a word, CNC system is the first generation product of CNC system, and CNC system is the upgraded version of CNC system.

Hydraulic bending machine is also a kind of numerical control system, sometimes there will be some faults, the following are some problems of hydraulic bending machine:

Fault 1: there is no pressure in the hydraulic system.

1. Whether the solenoid coil of the proportional relief valve is energized and whether the voltage of the proportional solenoid coil meets the requirements. If the above reasons are mentioned, please check the relevant electrical reasons.

2. Check whether the cartridge valve is stuck or the main valve core is stuck, and whether the damping hole is blocked. If this is the cause, remove the overflow valve, clean and re install it.

3. Phase modulation of three-phase power supply leads to motor reversal.

Fault 2: the slider turns from fast to slow, and the pause time is too long.

1. Wuxi Shenchong inspected whether the oil level in the oil tank was too low, the oil inlet was not filled with water, and the upper chamber of the oil cylinder was filled with liquid when fast forward, resulting in insufficient oil filling. Due to the above reasons, the oil in the tank can be added more than 5mm above the filler, so that the filler is completely submerged.

2. Check whether the fast forward speed is too fast, resulting in insufficient filling. Because of the above reasons, the fast forward speed can be reduced by modifying the system parameters.

3. Check whether the filling valve is fully opened. If the oil is contaminated, the valve core of the filling valve will not move and will be stuck, resulting in insufficient filling.

Fault 3: slider return to normal, fast forward normal, manual operation can not slow down, folding board is weak.

1. Check whether the "two position four-way" directional valve controlling the oil filling control circuit works normally. If it is, if the charging valve is not closed, the upper chamber is connected with the charging port of the oil tank, and the pressure cannot be established. The reason why the valve does not work properly is that it is not energized or stuck.

2. Check whether the charging valve is stuck. If so, clean the charging valve and re install it.

Fault 4: the slider return speed is too slow and the return pressure is high. This kind of fault is mainly that the filling valve is not opened, which is opposite to the logic relationship of fault 3. We can refer to the solution of fault 3 for treatment.
